We provide commercial cleaning and facility maintenance services including janitorial services, day porting, pressure washing, striping, and facility cleaning. All services are provided under written service agreements or proposals.

3. Quotes & Contracts

• Quotes are estimates based on provided information.
• Final pricing may change after facility walkthrough.
• Services begin only after agreement approval.

4. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
• Late payments may incur fees.
• Services may be paused for non-payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide access to facility during scheduled service hours.
• Ensure safe working environment.
• Inform us of hazards or special requirements.

6. Scheduling & Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24–48 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated cancellations may result in fees.

7. Liability Limitations

We maintain insurance coverage. However, Monarca Cleaning is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Items not disclosed as fragile or valuable

8. Intellectual Property

All website content belongs to Monarca Cleaning and may not be copied without permission.

9. Website Use

• No unlawful or harmful use.
• No attempt to disrupt website functionality.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services for violations of these terms.
